Terms & Conditions for Style Coaching Service

Sessions

All scheduled sessions with KUNIE will take place between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Exceptions will be made for evening and weekend consultations at our discretion. All sessions must be complete within 6 months after the date of purchase.

​

Bookings

All bookings must be made at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment. To make an appointment please inform us about the service you require by emailing us or call +971555554613. All fees are due in full at least a week before the start of a consultation, to confirm your booking.

​

Rescheduling

There may be situations when rescheduling a confirmed booking by a client is necessary. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least 48 hours' notice.

​

Cancellations

In case of cancellation of the reservation: 

  • 48 hours before the scheduled time – 25% of the fee will be deducted when refunding the fee.

  • Less than 48 hours – 50% of your fee will be deducted when refunding the fee.

  • Less than 24 hours – there will be no refund available.

Travel Expenses

Travel expenses are extra if the client is based outside of Abu Dhabi, AED 500 to Dubai and AED 1000 for Northern Emirates.

 

Late Arrivals

Since each reservation is made in advance and the time between reservations is just enough for the preparation of the next appointment, all meetings will end in the scheduled end meeting time, regardless of late arrivals.

Ongoing Support

Once your sessions with KUNIE are over, I will continue to provide you with support. Should you have any questions, you can email or Whatsapp/text me. Should you require additional style advice or shopping support at some point in the future, please contact me to arrange a session.
